Join Rick Hellard and Brenda Oatway for 15 weeks of progressively challenging, finely crafted levels of discomfort.


Ride on Power Tap equipped CycleOps Pro 300 PT Trainers and measure your power output, heart rate and cadence on these almost infinitely adjustable, state of the art bikes.  You'll almost be able to get your own bike feel away from home (sorry, no aero bars).


         Using YOUR power numbers, youíll be put through a comprehensive and progressive program designed for the long course triathlete or duathlete, or those aiming for a spring marathon and may be susceptible to injury;

         Durations will also be increased in aprogressive format building to 2 hours of good, solid work on the bike and run (4 hours total) focusing on your aerobic base but including all your zones; and,

         an alternating format between ride/run and run/ride.


Please note:

Participants should be able to easily handle 2 hours on the first day of class.
