Brenda is back and will be teaching the B Group and I will take the A Group.

 

The B Group will ride first.

 

This week’s run route is a 16k out-and-back/loop from Cycle Logik.  You can find it here

 

Please keep the effort fairly low and social on the run.

 

If you do not think you will make the full route in time, please follow the route as much as possible and just turn around at 45min. Aim to get to the Governor General's residence or somewhere close to that.

 

Remember to check back here on Saturday afternoon to double check the route. It may change, based on weather.
