Ray Zahab, ultra runner extraordinnaire, has just completed the Canada Challenge. For those that do not know what this is, the first leg was 225k warm-up (this is running) completing the East Coast Trail. The second leg of his journey took him to the Akshayuk Pass in Baffin Island, a very difficult 100k to the Arctic Circle and back. The third leg of his journey was the West Coast Trail, a very challenging 77k route on Vancouver Island.
