Welcome to Zone3sports Swimming, where our proven progam can shave valuable time and save energy in your triathlons, so you can use it elsewhere in the race.

We use Plant Recreation Center , 930 Somerset St at Preston St.  and Sawmill Creek Pool, 3380 D’aoust (directions)

 

Zone3sports offers one of the best Triathlon Based Swim Program in Ottawa . The overwhelming majority of the participants are triathletes. The coaches are triathletes. They know and understand what it is to race in the open water, and to be nervous about it. Whether you are a novice triathlete or highly experienced, they know what it takes to get you ready for your races.
