Zone3sports athletes were out in force at the Xerox 10k on August 15th.

But first, a huge congratulations to Miriam Nicholson for completing what is arguably the hardest Iron Distance Triathlon in the world, the Embrunman. Mim finished up yesterday in 15:15 (or so). The bike ride alone has 5000m (yes, 5km) worth of vertical climbing on it. It’s brutal, and she did it. Unfortunately, I have not heard from her yet, and do not know the state of Rene Dionne, who was also participating.

Secondly, congratulations to everyone who was out at the Xerox 10k last night. To put it mildly, we done good!
